Depending on the child, standard sessions vary from 30 ($100) to 45 ($150) minutes. Hour-long (60-minute) sessions ($200) are sometimes appropriate with a child making significant progress.
Carla finds it most beneficial to see a child twice per day over several sequential days; however, frequency depends on the child’s learning issues, family finances, and the logistics of travel and scheduling. For families traveling long distances to seek ABM sessions, we suggest scheduling several sessions at a time over a period of several days.
If you have any questions about how many appointments you will need, call or email Carla at Carla@MovementToWholeness.com or (703) 598-3168.
Cancellations must be received by the Movement to Wholeness office more than 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointments or they may incur a $75 surcharge for every appointment scheduled and missed for that day.
Appointments missed or cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be charged the full fee for the time scheduled for that session(s). That cancellation charge is due prior to your child’s next scheduled appointment.
Cancellation charges are waived if the child’s appointment(s) are rescheduled within the same week.
Due to privacy concerns, we do not accept pictures or videos of children through our website, however we encourage you to send pictures to Carla prior to your appointment by email if you have them available. You may submit pictures and videos with your downloaded Pediatric Intake Form or upon Scheduling an Appointment via Carla@MovementToWholeness.com.
If you consent to our using a picture of your child on our website, you will need to sign and submit the following Photo Release Form. We will never use a picture of your child on our website or in any marketing materials without your written consent. No picture of a child will ever be exploited in any way. We use pictures of children strictly as positive examples of how ABM helps your child make significant progress in their disability. You are under no obligation to do so and will never be pressured into consenting.
